Use (A, D, and ENTER) in the main menu to select an option

Use (W, S) for player 1, (UP and DOWN arrow keys) for player 2, and ENTER to start the ball

Make sure hardware acceleration is turned on when you launch the game in browser, if it's still very choppy, or the music is not working well, I'd suggest downloading the windows exe and running that.
